Our model picks a side; when the betting houses favour the same side it is a confirmed pick, bought on Kalshi at the live ask 10–60 minutes before start and held to the $1 settlement. Win → +(1 − price); loss → −price (taker fee included). Picks where the books favour the other side are never taken — our model wins only ~40% of those. Paper trading only: every pick is logged and graded so you can see which sports and price bands make money before using real money. Heavy favourites pay little and lose a lot when they miss — watch the price-band table.
