Fair = Pinnacle (Shin de-vig) while under 3h old, else DraftKings+FanDuel consensus; skipped if they disagree by 3+ pts. Costs include every venue fee. A signal needs EV ≥ 1.5¢ per $1, fair ≥ 20% (longshot de-vig error is too large below that) and 10+ min to start. Every signal is paper-traded (one $1-payout contract) and graded on the result and on closing-line value — did we buy below where the fair price finished? Positive CLV over many bets is the evidence that this is worth real money. Nothing is traded for real.
